Painting fur and feathers is something I have always loved, and I find my style really suits. I officially have my mojo back and feel great to have accomplished a small body of work. Moving to Australia was like starting from scratch, no portfolio here, no paints, nothing. I hope this is a sign of big things to come. (bigger canvases!!!)
On show at Tiger Tiger cafe, Perth. The photos don’t do the silver acrylic justice.
Originals on sale - $200 ono

Something I created to put on cards this year, and have only just re-earthed under all the work i've been producing this year.
Reminds me of Fox's glacier mints.
mmmmmm
Ive been painting Colin, the male life model for so long its crazy. Since I stayed in plymouth for Uni, he actually posed at my secondary school too.
Kinda strange when you think i've been seeing the same older man naked since I was about.. 16.
Anyways... we had a new model and it was very difficult at first. Men and women are very different in terms of curves.
Here is a quick 20 min painting I did, and its actually my favourite one of the session.
I need to learn when to stop overworking things...
Also.. photoshop sucks. But they are now done!! I can finally relax for Christmas. Three painted animals... cropped then letterpressed slogan and photoshopped collaged background. Exhausted.
